To permanently delete personal information and data, uninstall the software directly on the child's device.
You can find instructions in the Uninstallation chapter in the manual.
If it is no longer possible to uninstall the software on the device (device defective, stolen, etc.), please log in to the Web Portal with your login.
Delete the device and all associated data in the My Devices section on the following Web Portal page.
You can close or permanently delete your account on this page if no more devices exist.
