Huawei (re-) activate Aceessibility services

Enabled accessibility services are required for the web filter and for the protection of certain settings. If accessibility services are deactivated, you receive a message in the Web Portal on the start page.

To reactivate accessibility service on Huawei/Honor devices, please proceed as follows: Select Settings -> Smart assistence / Accessibility -> Accessiblity -> Child Control -> Turn on. If the web filter does not work with the Chrome Browser, please restart the Huawei device once. It may also take a while until the warning message is hidden in the Web Portal.
