Test failed :-/

Unfortunately, the self-test of the web filter was not successful..
Please check the following points:

1.) Is Child Control active for this user? See Checklist
2.) Is the Web Filter turned on? See chapter Web Filter
3.) Is any 3rd party antivirus software installed? See FAQ Antivirus
4.) Is Windows up-to-date and all updates are installed? Has the PC been restarted once?
