Not running correctly?

If you receive this error message, not all parental control modules are running correctly. There may be several reasons for this. Please proceed as follows in such a case:

1.) Restart the device once.

2.) If the error occurs again afterwards, download and install the current version from our Download page. The current version can always be installed over existing versions without losing any data.

3.) If all this does not help, an installed antivirus software (not the Defender integrated in Windows) from a third-party manufacturer could block parts of the Child Control. See the Antivirus FAQ for more information.
